I actually enjoyed X-2, at first. I played X-2 before I played X so I thought the ending was awesome. Then I went back and played X and X's ending is WAY better.

X's ending is very orginal to when compared to the rest of the series. *SPOILERS*In all of the other ones the main character doesn't die (or fade away).*END OF SPOILERS*

I think X is the best out of the whole series. But if you don't finish X then you won't like it because the ending is the best part, next to the wedding.

Everyone has lost something precious. Everyone here has lost homes, dreams, and friends. Now, Sin is finally dead. Now, Spira is ours again. Working together, now we can make new homes for ourselves, and new dreams. Although I know the journey will be hard, we have lots of time. Together, we will rebuild Spira. The road is ahead of us, so let's start out today. Just, one more thing... the people and the friends that we have lost, or the dreams that have faded... Never forget them.

I was honestly so desperate to see Yuna and Tidus finally get together at the end, that I shut my eyes durign the rest of the game, it was shoddy quality.

I specifically remember being on this forum after FFX was released and there was an outcry for a sequal to FFX, congratulations guys, brought this upon yourselves =p

I don't think so. Did it make it better? Not really. Most people seem to think that FFX should have been left alone, but I don't feel that way. I liked FF10-2, I thought it was fun and light, something that I needed at that time. Do FF games always have to be heavy and deep and depressing? I don't think so.

Although some of the added story did come out of left field! Smiley Still, none of it was that bad. I would have liked it more if they had sort of continued the story right where it left off instead of waiting a year and then having the whole treasure sphere thing. It puts me in two minds, I guess!
